01Getting unstuck
The thing that has eaten your whole weekend. The AI keeps saying it fixed it and it plainly has not. We find the real cause instead of guessing at it.
02Getting it online
It works on your computer and nowhere else. We get it onto a real web address that other people can open, with your own domain name if you have one.
03Making it safe
An honest answer on whether your app is safe to put in front of real people — passwords, payments, personal data — and the fixes if it is not.
04Adding the hard parts
Sign-ups and logins, taking payments, sending emails, uploading photos, notifications. The features that break the "just ask the AI" approach.
05When it gets slow or expensive
Your app crawls, or a bill arrives that is much bigger than expected. Both usually have one specific cause, and it is usually not the obvious one.
06Deciding what to build next
A second opinion on what actually matters, what to cut, and what will cost you three months if you get it wrong now. Often the most valuable hour.
07Making your app findable
Apps built by describing them to an AI are usually invisible to search engines. Fixing what your pages tell Google, and how they are structured, is engineering — and it is squarely my job.
08Knowing whether it is working
Setting up tracking so you can see how many people arrive, what they do, and where they give up. You cannot improve any of it while you are guessing.
09A second pair of eyes on your pitch
I am not a marketer or a copywriter. But I can tell you honestly whether a stranger understands your landing page in five seconds, which catches most of the problem.
